This quack punk sdsu student is trying to intimidate the registrant of this domain name and any links that are on this site.

He is claiming that we are making fun of a tragedy.

Let’s be clear. There is no tragedy.

The people that died were over dosing on drugs not being poisoned, and the people involved in this drug bust sold drugs voluntary.

There were no innocent victims.

I saw that you’ve posted all of my emails on your site. No worries there…I think it’s commendable that you’re showing the world another view that disagrees with what you’re doing.

I’ll stop emailing you, stop clicking on your ads, and stop hassling you about what you’re doing. however, PLEASE POST THIS last email on your site.

WHAT YOURE DOING IS NOT ILLEGAL
I think that it’s really disrespectful to post a website making fun of the drug bust at SDSU. However, I realize that this country values free speech and it’s your right to speak your mind online. No worries there.

I think it’s really shameful to make money off this website. The google ads on all the pages gotta go Dave…it’s just sad.

These two students died…that is a fact.
I’m not going to go into an argument with you of whether or not they ‘chose to take drugs’ (as you noted on your site already)…I’m not going to go into who is to blame for drugs being on campus at SDSU.

I’m just going to state the facts.These students died…you’re  making fun of the situation that led to their death…you’re making money off of all of this.

*These people were someone’s boyfriend or girlfriend

Ideally, I’d like you to take down the website.  However, i think that’s a little much to ask and pretty unrealistic. For you to walk away from 25K or more visits is gonna be hard to do.

However, I am asking you to please please please take down the google ads. Those are making you money based on poking fun at a situation at SDSU where students died.

It’s just wrong to make money off of student deaths dave. Please realize that.

I’m sorry for trying to intimidate you and hassle you. I was merely very angered at what I was seeing on this website and it broke my heart to see this situation where students died being publicized for profit.

I’ve calmed down and wanted to send you this last email to say “please take the site down…or at least remove the ads so that you’re not profiting from the site”.

I hope that you’ll consider this.

I wish you well in your OTHER business ventures and your comedian career. I realize that we simply don’t agree on this single issue, but it’s nothing personal. I’m sure you’re a great guy, a funny guy, and a smart guy.

I saw that you posted my emails on your site…awesome. I also see that you removed your google adsense ads from the site. It’s good to see that I was successful in screwing you over on your google adsense revenue. I noticed that 25,000+ people supposedly visited your website (saw youtube news coverage video). Bummer that you’re not going to get any cash from the google adsense clicks.

I understand youre a comedian and got a good amount of publicity from this whole website. But have a little class man. You just lost a lot of respect from a large amount of people.

Before you stop to say “fuck them…I don’t care if I lost their respect” please remember a few important things about generating publicity that will (1) make a lot of people laugh but (2) make a lot of people angry.

-the people that laughed at this site will very soon forget the David Feingold name
-the people that were disrespected and angry at this website will surely not forget the David Feingold name and will be sure to tell their story anytime the David Feingold name comes up.

Not all publicity is good publicity. This was a measure of your character Dave.

I thought you took the google adsense ads down. however, I just found a few on http://sdsu08.com/2008/05/help-with-addiction/ which makes me realize that google didn’t close your account yet.

No worries tho. I just clicked on the same ad about 20 times and will be sure to continue periodically throughout the next few days until google catches on and shuts down your account.

I don’t mean to be an ass, but I’m pissed that you’re making money off this. Please just take the ads down and move on with your comedian career. I don’t care if you leave the site up…people realize that you don’t care if you make fun of people that died. But to make money off this is pretty wrong.

Take the ads down or google will cancel your entire adsense account which is quite a hassle man. Just take down the ads

I hope you enjoy the 100 clicks I just did OVER and OVER on your adsense ad (the same exact one each and every time).

*google will target this as click fraud

*google will likely suspend your account, no questions asked, right away since your site has click fraud activity going on

*google will not be sending you the check for those clicks (or any legit clicks before) because your site will be suspected of click fraud.

*google RARELY responds to site owners saying “it wasnt me, I didn’t do it, someone tried to scam me”.
